    I really dont have any preference of software that i use. I randomly selected the software that i used in my video. My advices is to check over some reviews of various data recovery software. Any one really should do the trick!

    Disklegend is right i did ume that. Although this step should be the first thing you should try to retrieve the data. It is the most simple and cheapest method.

    Jasen has umed the hard disk has software related problems. How about if the disk has electronic(PCB), firmware or mechanical (internal) problems? I’m sure GetDataBack would not be able to solve his problem. Nice try anyway.
